Children’s book review: Graphic novel captures ‘Twilight’ in exquisite style
Considering the extraordinary popularity of Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” books and the accompanying mania for “Twilight” movies, T-shirts, jewelry and other ephemera, it would be easy to dismiss a graphic novel adaptation as a ploy to capitalize on the burgeoning franchise, or a quick sop to appease fans until the next movie comes out.
